The checklist for schools is an important addition to our Downloads page In January 2011, all schools and Parents in Croydon (who are under the care of the Dr S Hart), will be sent this checklist. Please make sure you read it, and take the advice to set up a meeting with your school to discuss a care plan for your child regardless of how long your child has been attending the school or for how long he/she has been diagnosed.
